I’m Janvi Mistry, Founder & Managing Director of ProTalent Advisory FZE, an HR entrepreneur and strategic people advisor passionate about building businesses through people. My work sits at the intersection of HR strategy, talent, and business growth. I work closely with founders and business leaders to strengthen their people function, build the right teams, and create HR foundations that are structured, scalable, and aligned with business goals. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every business has its own culture, challenges, and ambitions, which is why I personally work with my clients to understand their business and deliver practical, end-to-end solutions. For me, HR is far more than recruitment. It is about building the right culture, creating the right systems, developing people, and protecting the business as it grows. Through ProTalent Advisory, I aim to make strategic HR accessible to businesses at every stage of growth—and to build long-term partnerships where I become an extension of the leadership team, not simply an external service provider.
