Any Human Resources role — HR Coordinator, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Director, Head of HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, HR Operations, Chief People Officer, and more. Job titles must be selected from an approved HR title catalogue — free text is not permitted. Non-HR roles (Technology, Sales, Finance) belong in Referral Jobs, not HR Jobs.
Job Owners can toggle anonymous mode when creating a role. The listing appears publicly as "Confidential Employer" — the real company name is hidden. The company name is revealed to a candidate only when their application reaches the Shortlisted stage or beyond. This is useful for replacement hires and sensitive roles where discretion is required.
HR Jobs can be active for up to two calendar months from the date of posting. If a role expires, it can be reopened for up to one additional month. Each user can maintain up to five active roles at any time (Active and On Hold jobs combined). Expired and closed jobs are automatically removed from the public board but remain visible in your dashboard history.
