What You Will Do
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end hiring for all internal roles across departments
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and employee referrals
- Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical positions
HR Operations
- Handle the complete employee lifecycle — onboarding to exit
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data accurately
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH, and Shops & Establishment Act
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Finance team
Performance & Learning
- Run the annual appraisal and PMS cycle end-to-end
- Identify training needs and coordinate L&D programmes
- Support managers in goal-setting, feedback, and development conversations
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute quarterly engagement activities and recognition programmes
- Conduct employee pulse surveys and act on findings
- Handle employee grievances with confidentiality and empathy
- Conduct structured exit interviews and report attrition trends
HR Strategy
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards — headcount, attrition, hiring pipeline
- Support workforce planning and headcount budgeting with leadership
- Contribute to HR policy review and organisational development initiatives
What We Need
Must Have:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, minimum 2 years as HR Manager or HRBP
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws (PF, ESI, POSH, Gratuity)
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (Keka, Zoho People, greytHR, or similar)
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR tech company
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and employer branding
- HR analytics and reporting experience
