Overview
CHRO Series Philippines 2027 is a two-day in-person HR leadership event featuring a Philippine labour compliance masterclass and a CHRO conference focused on AI governance, wage regulations and workforce strategy.
Description
CHRO Series Philippines 2027 brings together senior HR executives and business leaders to explore how organisations can improve workforce productivity, navigate employment challenges and create business impact in an increasingly AI-driven and regulated environment. Under the theme “The CHRO’s Balancing Act: AI, Wages and the Workforce in 2027,” the event focuses on the evolving role of the Chief Human Resources Officer in balancing responsible AI adoption, wage governance, labour compliance and employee well-being.
Taking place on 23–24 February 2027 in Manila, the programme includes a Philippine Labour Compliance Masterclass on 23 February, followed by the main CHRO conference on 24 February. Sessions cover regional wage orders, wage distortion, contracting and co-employer risk, AI-era restructuring, governed AI workforce strategies, skills-first talent mobility and data-driven HR decisions. The agenda features keynotes, panel discussions, case studies, interactive roundtables and networking.
Designed for CHROs, Chief People Officers, HR directors, senior HR professionals and business executives, CHRO Series Philippines 2027 provides opportunities to exchange practical insights and connect with peers from across the Philippines’ senior HR community. The organiser expects more than 150 CHROs to attend. The event aims to help HR leaders strengthen workforce agility, manage people-related risks and turn workforce decisions into measurable business outcomes.
