1. Planning and Preparation

  5. Verify workstation, phone, and required equipment availability

2. Compliance and Policy

  1. Provide required employment forms and verify completion on day one
  2. Collect and validate identity and work authorization documents
  3. Review key company policies and obtain signed acknowledgements
  4. Confirm payroll and tax form submission to payroll team
