I'm an ICF-credentialled career coach and CIPD-qualified HR professional with 12 years of experience, including 7 years working as a career coach alongside senior HR roles in professional services and the public sector. I've coached more than 200 professionals from early-career through to Director level, specialising in HR, People, and OD professionals navigating promotions, career pivots, redundancy, burnout recovery, and return from career breaks.

My coaching style: I'm warm but direct. I ask the uncomfortable questions gently but without dancing around them. I combine evidence-based coaching models (solution-focused, positive psychology, ACT) with deep HR sector knowledge, which means I understand your professional context as well as your human experience.
All sessions take place via Zoom or Google Meet. I work across all time zones — early morning and evening slots are available.

A single 75-minute 1:1 coaching session to explore where you are, where you want to go, and what's getting in the way. Includes pre-session reflection questionnaire and a written session summary with 3 agreed actions. Ideal if you have a specific decision to work through or want to explore coaching before committing to a programme.
Four 60-minute sessions across 6–8 weeks, designed to take you from confusion to clarity. Covers values and strengths exploration, career vision design, identifying and removing blocks, and building a 90-day action plan. Includes personalised workbooks and resources between sessions. WhatsApp support between sessions for quick check-ins.
Your current role and sector, a brief description of the career situation or challenge you want to work on, your time zone and general availability for sessions (I'll share a booking link once order is accepted), any previous coaching or therapy experience (helpful context, not mandatory), and your preferred coaching tool if you'd like an assessment included (Standard and Premium).
CV rewriting and job application support are separate services available in my CV gig.
