I offer full end-to-end recruitment, owning the entire hiring process from start to finish. This begins with workforce and needs analysis to confirm the vacancy and how it fits the organisational structure, followed by job analysis and profiling to define the role and competency requirements. I apply Paterson job grading to determine the correct grade and salary band, then handle sourcing and attraction — writing and placing adverts, selecting the right channels, and drawing on talent pools.
From there I manage screening and shortlisting using structured, points-based scoring, followed by assessment and selection through competency-based interviews and psychometric testing (I am registered with the British Psychological Society, UK). I conduct reference checks, qualification verification and background due diligence, then manage the offer, negotiation and acceptance.
I issue contracts in full compliance with Namibian Labour Law and Affirmative Action requirements, and coordinate onboarding and induction so new hires integrate and perform from day one. Finally, I evaluate each hire and the process itself — measuring time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire and retention — to continuously improve outcomes.
