HR Manager | Dallas, TX | $90K–$120K+ + Bonus

We’re looking for an HR Manager who can build, lead, and make things happen.

This role is based in Dallas, TX, but will travel approximately 50% to Turkey, TX during the initial phase while we establish the local HR team and infrastructure.

Once the Turkey HR team is fully built, the role will transition primarily to Dallas while continuing to provide HR leadership and support to the operation.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead HR operations supporting Dallas and Turkey, TX

• Build and establish the Turkey HR team

• Develop HR processes, policies, and infrastructure

• Partner with project and field leadership

• Lead employee relations and performance management

• Support recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance

• Help build a strong workforce culture and employee experience

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience

• Construction, industrial, manufacturing, or project-based experience preferred

• Experience supporting field/hourly employees

• Strong employee relations and HR operations background

• Comfortable building processes and working directly with leadership

• Willingness to travel 50% to Turkey, TX initially

Compensation: $90,000–$120,000+ base + bonus eligibility
