We’re Hiring: Human Resources Manager at Butterfield Country Club

Are you an HR professional who loves building great workplace cultures? Butterfield Country Club is looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team and help make the Club a great place to work.

What you’ll do

• Oversee HR operations, compliance, and employee records

• Design and lead training programs, including harassment prevention, leadership, and service excellence

• Create employee engagement and recognition programs that build morale and retention

• Partner with the General Manager, CFO, and department heads on employee relations and HR strategy

• Lead safety initiatives, audits, and Illinois employment law compliance

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and payroll

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of HR management or generalist experience (hospitality or private club experience is a plus)

Strong knowledge of Illinois employment law

Experience with Paycom HRIS and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and leadership skills, plus the discretion to handle confidential information

The details

Full-time, year-round, exempt, in-person position

$74,000 – $78,000 per year
