About the Role

As the Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will lead Wishup's Talent Acquisition function across two critical mandates:

As Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will lead Wishup’s corporate and supply hiring functions, building teams and scalable recruitment engines to support both internal growth and global client demand. The role combines leadership hiring, high-volume workforce recruitment, TA team management, and building processes that improve hiring quality, speed, and predictability across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end hiring for leadership, senior management, specialist, and critical functional positions.

• Partner with the Founder and business leaders to translate organizational plans into hiring strategies.

• Lead executive search, market mapping, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement for critical roles.

• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

• Own the recruitment lifecycle from role briefing and sourcing through interviews, offer, and joining.

• Advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation, hiring timelines, and sourcing strategy.

• Drive strong candidate experience and improve offer-to-joining conversion.

Supply Hiring

• Own the end-to-end recruitment engine for Wishup's contract workforce.

• Build sourcing and hiring strategies for Business Operations, Administration, Accounting & Bookkeeping, and other client-driven roles.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines across India and international markets, including the Philippines, US, and other geographies as required.

• Develop repeatable sourcing and recruitment playbooks for high-volume, recurring, and specialized hiring requirements.

• Translate changing client demand into recruitment priorities and team capacity requirements.

• Monitor recruitment funnels across sourcing, assessment, interviews, selection, offer, and onboarding to ensure hiring targets are met.

TA Function & Team Leadership

• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across corporate and supply hiring.

• Define team structure, responsibilities, hiring targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.

• Allocate recruitment capacity based on business priorities, hiring complexity, volume, and geography.

• Coach recruiters on sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and closing.

• Build scalable TA processes, SOPs, hiring playbooks, and operating rhythms.

• Establish dashboards and reporting to track pipeline health, productivity, conversion, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes.

• Use recruitment data, market intelligence, technology, AI, and automation to improve hiring efficiency and predictability.

• Continuously evaluate sourcing channels and recruitment processes to improve quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness.

• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent availability, and evolving hiring requirements.

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or related talent functions.

• Demonstrated experience managing and developing Talent Acquisition teams.

• Strong experience hiring leadership, senior management, specialist, and functional roles.

• Experience building or scaling recruitment teams, processes, or hiring engines.

• Experience managing high-volume, recurring, or supply-side recruitment is strongly preferred.

• Experience with multi-geography hiring is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of executive search, sourcing strategy, talent pipelines, and passive candidate engagement.

• Experience working closely with senior leadership and translating business requirements into hiring strategies.

• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

• Comfortable working with ATS platforms, recruitment technology, data, AI tools, and automation.

• Willingness to work from the Wishup office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Monday to Friday.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
