Purpose of Ethics and Integrity Policy

Standards of Conduct

Employees must not accept cash or equivalents. Any offer that may create a conflict of interest or exceed permissible value must be reported to a manager or HR for prior approval.
Confidentiality and Information Protection

Approval will be granted in writing and include any conditions or time limits.
Role of Managers and HR
Managers must model ethical behavior, ensure team members understand and comply with this policy, and take reported concerns seriously. HR will maintain records of disclosures, approvals, and investigations, coordinate training, and provide guidance on applying this policy consistently across the organization.
Non-Compliance
Failure to follow the Ethics and Integrity Policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Non-compliance may also lead to corrective actions, restitution, or referral to appropriate authorities where warranted. Disciplinary measures will be proportionate to the severity of the violation and applied consistently.
