Agile Coach: Duties and Responsibilities

Agile Coach: Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in agile coaching or related roles, with multiple team engagements.

  • Practical knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and when to apply them.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, retrospectives and cross-team planning sessions.

  • Experience supporting organisational change initiatives and scaling agile practices.
