- Develop and implement operational plans that support organisational objectives and performance targets
- Manage daily operations to ensure consistent service quality and timely delivery of outputs
- Establish, monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure operational effectiveness

Business Operations Manager: Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree in business, operations management or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- At least five years practical experience in operational management or a similar role
- Proven experience leading teams and managing cross functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights
- Experience delivering process improvement initiatives and embedding changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to prioritise workload, manage competing deadlines and work under pressure
- Sound understanding of governance, risk management and compliance practices
- Experience in budget monitoring and resource planning
