Legal Manager: Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including supplier, customer and partnership contracts.
- Provide pragmatic legal advice to business units on commercial, corporate and regulatory matters.
- Manage and oversee litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution processes, including instructing and supervising external counsel.
- Develop, maintain and implement legal policies, templates and standard clauses to reduce risk and improve consistency.

Legal Manager: Requirements and Qualifications
