In this role the manager will establish and maintain operational standards, conduct regular analysis to identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies, and partner with stakeholders to prioritise and deliver process improvements. Revenue Operations Manager: Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain end to end revenue processes covering lead to cash and account management workflows
  • Design and implement reporting and dashboards to measure revenue performance and pipeline health
  • Own forecasting methodology and cadence, coordinating inputs and delivering regular forecasts to stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of revenue data across systems through governance and data quality controls
  • Analyse sales and pipeline data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to align go to market activities and campaign measurement to revenue outcomes
  • Define and document standard operating procedures and playbooks for revenue processes
  • Lead cross-functional projects to streamline processes, reduce friction and increase sales productivity
  • Manage territory design and quota allocation support processes in coordination with commercial leadership
  • Support onboarding and enablement for new processes and reporting for revenue teams
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and prepare executive level summaries
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and ensure audit readiness for revenue activities
  • Act as a single point of contact for revenue operations queries and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Continuously review and refine operational metrics to better reflect business priorities

Revenue Operations Manager: Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business, finance, economics or a related discipline
  • Typically five or more years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations or a related commercial operations role
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting and interpretation
  • Demonstrable experience designing and documenting operational processes and procedures
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence at senior levels
